Chefs in the City at Columbo Lodge
Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 8:31PM Where's the beef? .........At Your Service Catering that's where! We prepared beef three ways for this event, featuring sauces and marinades using beer supplied by Crannog Ales, of Sorrento, BC. Slow roasted prime rib with a homemade BBQ sauce made from Crannog Ales "Backhand of God Stout." Proscuitto-wrapped tenderloin in a rosemary jus and a beef tartar on parmesan chip featuring Crannogs Ales "Red Branch Ale." This event was a great way to sample the best of what Kamloops has to offer in the way of food, beer and wine. We are already looking forward to it next year!
