Secwepmec Anniversary
Friday, February 19, 2010 at 8:00PM We were so fortunate to be choosen to cater this event, it was both fun and challenging. We prepared various traditional foods, some with our own special touch: Bacon-wrapped moose roast, venison stew with juniper berries, and whipped soapberry ice cream served with fruit parfaits -- just to name a few. It was a very festive day with the food being very well recieved.
