Spotlight on seasonal fare, for this particular menu we improvised with using local pumpkins to be the vessel for out chorizo and pumpkin soup. We have many great relationships with local farmers and butchers, Sun Rivers Organics supplied us with these beautiful sugar pumpkins.

We provided a fabulous plated service for the Merritt Chamber of Commerce. Dinner included a pear and bleu cheese salad with candied pecans, red pepper, onion and raspberry vinaigrette, marsala chicken with button and shitake mushrooms, roast turnip, broccolini, butternut squash and roast baby potatoes and for dessert a beautiful valentines platter with crème brule in egg cups, red wine poached pears stuffed with cheesecake and chocolate ganache. We started the evening off in style as well: asian marinated beef skewers, tuna tar tar, stuffed cherry tomatoes and bruschetta.

A fabulous spread for all the hard working volunteers of the Boogie the Bridge. Items like: seared rice cakes with chipotle aioli, marinated asparagus and goat cheese, mini greeks in cucumber cups and fresh fruit display.

We did not make these, nor are we capable. This amazing trip down Spanish row had me wanting more. Homemade tortillas with assorted fillings: braised beef cheek, duck confit and bbq pork just to name a few.
