Dinner included a pear and bleu cheese salad with candied pecans, red pepper, onion and raspberry vinaigrette, marsala chicken with button and shitake mushrooms, roast turnip, broccolini, butternut squash and roast baby potatoes and for dessert a beautiful valentines platter with cr&egrave;me brule in egg cups, red wine poached pears stuffed with cheesecake and chocolate ganache. We started the evening off in style as well: asian marinated beef skewers, tuna tar tar, stuffed cherry tomatoes and bruschetta.</p>
