  • Salmon Rose Canapés – Smoked salmon on crostinis with lemon infused cream cheese, fresh dill, balsamic reduction, and capers.
  • Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail – Prawns with vodka & rose water cocktail sauce.
  • Bacon or Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops – choose how you would like these jumbo scallops wrapped.  Served with a balsamic reduction.
  • Smoked Duck Breast – Served on sweet potato chips with orange salsa.
  • Fresh Figs Marinated in Port Wine – When in season, stuffed with bleu cheese.
  • Stuffed Gourmet Chicken Wings – Stuffed with prawn and chorizo in a southern comfort sauce
