$3.00 per piece – minimum 30 pieces of each.

  • Salmon Rose Canapés – Smoked salmon on crostinis with lemon infused cream cheese, fresh dill, balsamic reduction, and capers.
  • Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail – Prawns with vodka cocktail sauce.
  • Bacon or Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops – choose how you would like these jumbo scallops wrapped.  Served with a balsamic reduction.
  • Smoked Duck Breast – Served on sweet potato chips with orange salsa.
  • Fresh Figs Marinated in Port Wine - When in season, stuffed with bleu cheese.
  • Chicken and Duck Terrine – Served on crostinis with pistachios, truffle oil, and salted duck eggs.
  • Grilled Albacore Tuna – Served medium rare on wonton chips with mango salsa and pea shoots.
  • Watermelon and Feta Salad – served in a lemon cup with fresh mint.
  • Chocolate Covered Bacon – Delicious! High quality bacon, covered in chocolate and topped with toasted almonds.
  • Crème Brulee – served in an egg shell cup.  Various flavours include original, green tea, chai, almond and bacon, sweet avocado, white chocolate.
  • Caramelized Onion Tarts – Beer caramelized onions and goat cheese.

  • Stuffed Marinated Artichoke Hearts – Choose from fillings of parmesan cream, salmon pate, pesto, roast vegetable.
  • Beef Crostini –Strip loin on crostinis with caramelized onions and horseradish aioli.
  • Prosciutto Wrapped Prawns – Filled with a herbed goat cheese.
  • Parmesan Reggiano Chips – Topped with roast garlic cream, salmon pate, or beef strip loin.
  • Brie Crostini – Brie cheese served on a crostini with fresh berries.
  • Tomato and Cucumber Gazpacho – shot glasses filled with gazpacho garnished with balsamic marinated cherry tomatoes.
  • Fruit Kabobs – marinated fruit skewered and served in pineapple boats.
  • Mini Greeks – miniature Greek salads stuffed in cucumber cups.

  • Bruschetta – Served on crostinis.  Choose from tomato basil, olive tapenade, or beet and parmesan.
  • Antipasto skewers – Tortellini, cherry tomato, green pepper, and olive, all marinated in balsamic vinegar.
  • Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes – choose your filling: pesto cream, herb and goat cheese, salmon caper, olive tapenade, or roasted garlic and basil.
  • Fiesta Nacho Display – Nacho cups filled with assorted filling such as guacamole, cheese dip, tomato salsa, bean dip, and corn salsa.
  • Stuffed Strawberries – stuffed with white chocolate cream cheese.
